On 16 December 2022, Nexus Polytech provided a response to the Review into the Local Government Boundaries Commission discussion paper published by the Office of Local Government on November 2022.
As a solutions architecture and consultancy service provider with numerous current and past clients involved with processes defined in the Local Government Act 1993 or subject to requirements stipulated in the Local Government Act 1993, Nexus Polytech was in a position to provide experience rich responses to the consultation process.
We wish to thank the Minister and the Department for the opportunity to provide feedback on the Boundaries Commission. The Boundaries Commission plays a pivotal role in Local Government in the state of New South Wales, and this opportunity is very much welcomed.
